Who Should Apply…
We welcome Chicago and Cook County area residents seeking workforce training or new career pathways and young people interested in hands-on learning and mentorship. Many opportunities do not require prior experience. What matters most is commitment, accountability, and a willingness to learn. Participants can expect hands-on training, exposure to construction and community based projects, mentorship, real world experience, and wraparound support.
